I downloaded the Mailchimp App for my store and also have the app, but I do not see my campaign on my phone app. Does anyone else have this problem or am I missing a step to fully connect the app?

How did you install the Mailchimp app? As of 2019, the Mailchimp app has been delisted from the Shopify App Store. To connect Mailchimp with Shopify, you’ll need to use a third-party app instead.
Both Shopify and Mailchimp recommend using an app called ShopSync. With ShopSync, you’ll be able to add a newsletter subscription popup to your website, or use Shopify’s existing newsletter subscription form if your theme offers one. Whenever a customer subscribes to your newsletter, they’ll be automatically added to your Mailchimp list.
Once ShopSync is installed, you can find it under the Apps section of your admin, in both your mobile app and browser version.
The integration process should be fairly straightforward and Mailchimp has some instructions on integrating with Shopify; as you scroll down, you’ll notice a section specifically for ShopSync. ShopSync also has their own setup guide that will walk you through the integration process and how their app works.

In my shop, I have downloaded Mailchimp Forms by Mailmunch and on my iPhone I downloaded Mailchimp. Should I delete both apps?

You can continue using Mailmunch if you prefer; both ShopSync and Mailchimp Forms by Mailmunch will sync your subscriber lists between Shopify and Mailchimp.
When you downloaded Mailchimp on your iPhone, was this through the Shopify App Store or the Apple App Store? Since it’s no longer available in the Shopify App Store, you won’t be able to use this particular app through Shopify.
However, if you installed it through the Apple App Store, then you should see your Shopify subscribers synced through that app and can create and manage email campaigns there. This is handled outside of Shopify, so if you need any help with your campaigns or accessing any of those apps, you will need to contact the developers directly.
That being said, if you’re wanting to avoid using multiple apps for email marketing, you could consider Shopify Email as a simple alternative. Much like Mailchimp, Shopify Email offers merchants the ability to create and send email newsletters using a number of customizable templates. You can also embed products into your emails, making it easy for customers to shop. You can learn more about Shopify Email and how to get started here.
