please make sure you are the store owner or have the permission to submit those requests. Otherwise those buttons will not show up.
Hello @OS-Mitch . Thanks for telling me this. Do I really need the store owner account to submit those requests or they can give me permission to submit the requests?

for this one you only need permission, you don’t necessarily have to be the store owner yourself. The store owner however has to assign this permission to you. It can be found in the “sensitive” permission section.
