Can't seem to adjust the Top Bar on my site (District theme)

Hi guys,

I am looking everywhere to find a solution for this but I can’t find it anywhere! On my website (mdksocks.nl) I have a topbar where the cart is and where you can log into your account. I wanna add some text to it but I can’t make it work.

Below is an image how I want it to look roughly, of course in the same style as the text that is allready there but maybe bold?:

Also the text ‘Beoordeeld met een 9,7’ I want to have as a link.

Ofcourse allignment and style are a bit off on this picture, I just made it roughly in photoshop so it isn’t perfect!

Is it somehow possbile to make this work and blend it perfectly with the allready existing words in the bar or will it forever be a dream of mine? It is one of the last things I wanna do to my website before it is completely finished so I hope someone can help me in here. Maybe there is an app for it?

Ok so I now I have made the bar I want with Smart Bar app. And they have a code that you can implement it anywhere you want basically. Maybe it is possible to implement that code into the existing banner so it will look like the picture I photoshopped above?

The bar is at the bottom of my my page at the moment. At this point it might be an easy fix?? This is the code:
