Can't set up Chipper 2X BT - doesn't show up as an option for me to select under 'Card Readers'

Thinking my Shopify POS App needs to be updated in order to view the Chipper, I have tried uninstalling Shopify POS app and then reinstalling it – the Chipper still doesn’t show up as an option under ‘card readers’.
