Context/attempts: Products originate in Etsy → Shopify → TikTok Shop. Merchant has edited package dimensions in TikTok app, Shopify, and Etsy; toggled sync; and contacted both TikTok Shop and Shopify support over 3–4 months with no resolution (TikTok closes tickets; Shopify redirects to TikTok).
Key suggestions:
Validate shipping fields meet TikTok rules: dimensions must be non‑negative integers and cannot be zero. Ensure values are set for every relevant category template (Shop management > Product > Category Template > Edit > Product Shipping). An image was shared showing where to set these fields.

I have tried contacting TikTok Shop but their support is a non-existent joke. I have tried reaching out to them 3 times about this and each time they do not say anything helpful and they close my ticket with no help. The live support is no help.

In this case, try to reach back to Shopify Support team and let them know that Tiktok is not responding. See if they can reach out to Tiktok on your behalf.
Hi, it’s true that TikTok Shop only accepts non-negative integer values for the dimensions.
