Can't track my order and no refund from Sally Eve, what should I do?

I placed an order from Sally Eve in early April. I received an email on April 5 saying my order had shipped. When I tried to track my order there was no tracking information to be found. I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund of the $40.48 that was charged to my bank card but have received no response, no merchandise, nor refund. This is the last email I will send. If my refund is not processed back to my bank card or my order is not received by Wednesday May 18, I will go to my bank and file fraud charges against Sally Eve, Feldona, and Shopify. The order was placed with this information. Davina Richmond 992 Glenview Road Crab Orchard WV 25827. Order # 1189. That is more than enough information for you to fix this.

As for your inquiry, I definitely hear and feel your frustrations and I am motivated to assist you in this by outlining this entire refund/order process. When it comes to such matters, Shopify as a platform does not have any authority over the sales of any stores but we will definitely do our best to point you in the right direction.

As it has been over a couple weeks now and your attempts to communicate with the store are still unsuccessful, reaching out to your bank is definitely the way to go. Besides the store, the bank that you used to make such a purchase are the only ones who have the capacity to give you your money back.

We recommend that you provide all possible evidence to them to show that this order never got to you. You should also show all your attempts to communicate with said store so they are aware of the lack of response from this online retailer.
