Can't upload a video

When i try to upload a video it says processing error

i could upload one video yesterday but today i can’t do it, any help how i can solve this?

Yes the video fits all the requirements, under 1 gb, under 20min…etc..

Hey @jhonny_bigodes,

If you are facing the issue with the video not uploading then you can follow these suggestions.

  • Change the Browser or remove the cache.
  • Use the correct format of the video. Or try to convert the video into mp4 via Cloud Convert.
  • Make sure use the correct video encoding.

If the issue still not fixed then share the collab code so that I can take a look into it.

How do i make sure im using the right encoding??

You can’t upload it in Files or Customize?
