Can't Use Images From Library, Only Free Images?

I want to change slider images. I upload my images to use. I select the image to use and the image does not go into the slider. If I select one of the free images, it works. I’ve tried this with my theme Ella and also with Supply theme. Images from library won’t populate. Please help :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @memaggiemw

Please go to theme customization

Then go to slider section.

In that section you can upload the images to the slider.

Thanks but this does not help, I know how to change the images/sliders. The problem is:

  • I cannot use the images from my store’s library. They will not add to the slider.
  • I can use the free ones from Shopify. They will add to the slider.

Why can I not use the images from my store’s image library to create/edit the slides in my slideshow? This has never happpened before!!
