Can't verify ID for website editing, what to do?

Hi,

I’m currently stuck with verifying my ID and cant seem to edit any of the pages of my website. There is a banner on my homepage that asks for documents to be sent to verify my ID but there is no way i can submit it. I’ve tried to contact support but it just takes me to articles and a never ending circle of information about verification but no one to send my documents to.

I’ve also tried to call the hot-line but that is now unavailable too.

I’m stuck with the same problem… All was good and then suddenly this message asks for ID verification which is fine, but then it takes me to a window where I can only change the names of the owners and managers. What to do?

Is the below banner the error message you were seeing in your admin today? If so, this was a known error that occurred for some stores today where the ID couldn’t be submitted. This should be resolved now but if you’re still unable to upload the ID, please let me know and I’ll email you privately to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

In addition, I’m sorry to hear that you were unable to contact our support. I’d recommend clearing the cache on your browser and trying to contact us again or sign in as a guest instead as shown here. Our Facebook and Twitter support are always available 24/7 too if you would prefer.

Hello, I’ve checked my shopify again to see if I can submit the documents but I’m still experiencing the same issues.

Thanks for that, the bar you posted before is no longer visible. However I still can’t find where I can upload the documents.
