Please go to Customize > Theme settings > Custom CSS and add code:

[data-item=secondary-button]>*,
[data-item=nav-text] {
   text-transform: lowercase;
}

I dont see the italicised anywhere on the site, may it’s been removed?

No, I have removed anything italicised when i see it. But we would like to be bale to use.
