We are using the following ‘Capture payment if order is not high fraud risk’ flow in our store.

However it is tagging POS channel orders - is there a way to exclude POS from the flow?

I’d try to change your first condition to:

Remove the quotes around Point of Sale, but otherwise, this is the way
