There is a high possibility that there is a restriction in your card. I highly suggest that you reach out to your card provider to further check the failed transaction and also, kindly make sure that your card meets the payment requirement of Shopify. You can check the requirements on their: Shopify Help Center | Payment methods site.
Did you manage to solve this @awais2201 ? Found this thread when I had the same thing happen to me. The solution I found was to use a virtual card that was US issued, I think my restriction may have been location based. For those with the same problem Halocard fixed this for me.
