Carrier service endpoint gets a request, formats a nice response of { rates: } and returns that to Shopify, only to have Shopify fail to render the provided rates correctly.

What does Shopify show the customer?
So the Express option is without the provided price of 12000 nor the description provided. This seems awkward to say the least, and leaves me with few things to do other than ask the community what they think?
Turns out the merchant had littered their internal setup of Shipping with rates using the same names as the API rates, thus destroying them. Shoulda known… move on. nothing to see here.
