I have adapted cart and checkout marketing automation to check the language used by user to sent different email.
It worked for some weeks, then recently I am doing some social ads, and I have experienced ofc higher traffic and as from the online conversion rate, increase in both add to cart and checkout.
Unfortunately those automation jobs aren’t been triggered and I am sure is not because the condition is wrong as as said the jobs did worked.
Anyone is experiencing that?
Is anything happening to shopify Internal Backend that we should be aware of?
If your abandoned cart and checkout email automations have stopped functioning after recent changes, consider the following steps to identify and resolve the issue:
Review Automation Settings: Ensure that your email automations are active and correctly configured. Verify that the triggers and conditions match your intended criteria.
Authenticate Sender Email: An unauthenticated sender email can prevent automations from triggering. Authenticate your email by navigating to Settings > Notifications in your Shopify admin, and following the authentication process.
Check Product Inventory Tracking: Automations may not trigger if products aren’t set to track inventory. Ensure that inventory tracking is enabled for your products.
Test the Automation: Conduct a test by simulating an abandoned cart or checkout to see if the automation triggers as expected. This can help identify if the issue persists and at which point the process fails.
Monitor Workflow Run History: Check the run history of your automations to identify any errors or issues in the workflow. This can provide insights into why the emails aren’t being sent.
Contact Shopify Support: If the problem continues after these steps, reach out to Shopify’s support team for further assistance. They can provide more detailed insights into your store’s backend processes.
By systematically addressing these areas, you can identify and resolve the issues preventing your abandoned cart and checkout email automations from functioning properly.
