In general. It’s kind of a cultural thing to calculate shipping on the product page because shipping costs here are way to high and often prevent the user from completing the purchase.

I’m not sure what the problem is, but I followed the steps and made it appear on the preview of the store but when it’s not on preview, the calculator only shows Country and Postal Code.
