Cart button on product pages

Hi there,

I have a service based business and do not need the add to cart button throughout my store, how would I go about removing it from the whole store?

Go to Shopify admin then to Products. Click the name of the product that you want to hide the Add to cart button on. In the Theme template section, click the drop-down menu, and then select the not-for-sale template. Don’t forget to click on save once you’re done.

I tried going to to the theme template section for the product but it says default product only, nothing else even when i click to see other options
