Hello My store is set up to show cart drawer when someone click on add to cart but it is still taking me to the cart page, the cart drawers isn’t showing. Can someone help me with this.

yes, the problem started after I uninstalled a cart upsell app
It does open for most of the products, on your external apps might be interfering.
It does for the products that have cross sell button but the product pages with the add to cart button that came with the theme website it doesn’t like this one.

no was my first time but I don’t want the upsell in cart anymore, however my cart drawer is not showing
Yes, you are right. The products that have that extra grey button to add items, only these behave strange.
On adding to cart from that grey button opens the cart drawer as well but the native one doesn’t.
Have you tried removing the app that was interfering, if yes, then are you still facing this issue or is it ok?
If it still doesn’t work we can try some code setup trying to make this work.

Hey so i checked it. The products where you dont have that extra button, even on them add to cart button is actually the app button but it does work well. the ones where you have bundles as frequently bought together which have that extra buttonwe can leverage that and place it down in the place of shopify add to cart button which works but takes you to the cart page rather than the drawer like this
We can change the background, why i came up with this is because your app gives options to choose if user wants to add those extra items, if not the product that user is on gets added and also it has the option to increase decrease quantity so we can also hide the quantity option. This is like a quick solution to this instead of debugging or adding code to handle this.
would you be able to debug I would like it the way it was before I had any problems, the app that I uninstalled never got back to me.
Debugging or writing code for this is a bit more than what we can call basic stuff.
