I am experiencing an issue where items added to the cart are disappearing. If you add items to the cart, logout, and then log back in, the collected card will be gone. I believe it used to be saved before. Another problem is that if you gather items in the cart and click “Buy Now,” the collected cart also disappears. My website is https://nutrigeek.shop/.

It sounds like the issue didn’t exist previously, and it’s possible that it’s due to a third-party app or custom coding. Were there any new apps or custom coding installed recently?
If you’re not sure where the problem is coming from, then we’d recommend installing one of our free themes to check whether the problem persists. If the problem is only present on the original theme, then it’s likely caused by an app or custom coding. To resolve this, we’d recommend double-checking the installation instructions for the apps or rolling back to an earlier version of your theme’s code and re-embed the custom coding. Alternatively, you can also install a fresh copy of your current theme to see if the problem continues to persist.
