I have been experiencing the same issue with Safari on Mac and iPhone. I’m working with a Shopify advisor as we speak to elevate this issue to the Theme Team, no idea how long it will take, but you’re not the only one experiencing the issue. So far we’ve updated my theme, and still experiencing the same issue.
