Cart page cant be found error

Hello! I have two customers that are located in Florida. When they click their cart, it generates an invalid link. I have tried going to my cart on my devices here in California, where it works no issues. I am not sure how to fix this problem, as I am not sure why it is generating /a/ms/cart/… it should just be /cart

At first I thought it was because they were using windows, but I have a windows computer where it works perfectly fine.

  1. Can the customer provide you with the URL of the page they were on when they clicked their cart?
  2. Was it the cart icon in the top right of the screen that they clicked? Or was there another place “cart” was acting as a link?

They were clicking the cart icon from our page, https://loveshortbread.com/collections/frontpage ,which took them to https://loveshortbread.com/a/ms/cart/ when it should be https://loveshortbread.com/cart

Also happening just in Florida which is odd… when it works perfectly fine on all my devices
