Cart Page Issue

Hi,

A while back I added two custom options to my cart page - is this a gift and how did you hear about us as shown below:

I have since realised that none of my orders show results from these and I have had customers mention they have ticked the gift option but I haven’t seen this anywhere on the order. Could someone help me figure out where this information is going to and if I need to add in some extra code to it please?

Of what little knowledge i have of line item properties i believe the extra info like these needs to be associated with a product. May be some apps do this on the cart page as well but with code i believe this can be done on product pages so info is associated with a product.

Hi,

Hope this will help

  • Make sure inputs use the correct naming format
  • Confirm that the fields are inside the cart
  • If set up correctly,you’ll find cart attributes at Order>Additional details
  • Theme updates or theme changes can remove or break custom cart code.

Run a test order to confirm.If it still doesn’t work review the cart code.
