Cart Update Loop (Craft Theme) Order Limits - MinMaxify

We are using Order Limits - MinMaxify to enforce an order limit of 4 products or a $44.17 minimum due to only currently offering local delivery. The order minimum is being enforced but we are experiencing a major issue where if you enter the cart while below the minimum a message appears and tells you to update the cart. The issue is, there is no way to update the cart, and even if you changes the quantities of the items in the cart to meet the minimum you are still unable to proceed. If you refresh the page the quantity changes do not save and you remain below the minimum and the message appears again causing this loop to occur and preventing customers to proceed to checkout. This is deterring customers and is very frustrating. Like I stated in the subject, we are using the Craft theme.

I did not set up the site myself and am new to working with Shopify. The way the cart is structured and it’s functionality confuse me. When looking at “Pages” in the Shopify admin there is not “Cart” page. Is that normal?

Any information on what might be causing the issue or how I can set up a update cart function would be extremely helpful. Ideally the cart would automatically update as quantities are increased to meet the minimum but as long as there is a clear way to update the cart and escape the loop that would be a major improvement.

Hi TeddySP,

I’m sorry to say this but no body can change the behaviour of an app as their code remains at app developer account.

But we can help by creating similar feature in your theme code using custom dev.

Let me know your thoughts we can connect over the WhatsApp for more details.

Hello

I would suggest to try our app once and see how it goes
