Hey I’m so sorry not to know his but I enabled cash on delivery for my store and shipped some products to customers that selected COD as their way of payment. But now I am wondering how I collect payment from all these customers. Is it automatic through shopify? I also use Zendrop so ship out my products to customers.

With Cash on Delivery your shipping company collects the payment from your customers at delivery. To do this your shipping company must have an agreement with you.
You should contact Zendrop and ask them if they support Cash on Delivery and if so you need to ask them if there are specific conditions and you also need to agree with them on a way to get paid.
If you have already shipped out products without checking if Zendrop supports Cash on Delivery you might have shipped out the products for free to the customers because payment collection for COD is performed by the courier only if the parcel was specifically marked as a Cash on Delivery order that requires payment collection (tipycally couriers will ask you for a fee as well for COD collection)
