Catalogue match rate is 0% in meta pixel and shopify integration

Hi Guys, Need help with catalogue match rate. My pixel is working fine and in test events the pixel is being triggered and capturing the events. But when in my commerce manager the catalogue match rate shows 0.

Please help!!!

Thanks for your query.

Catalogue match rate differ when content ID does not match with event data and the catalogue data.

If you are using facebook and instagram to track the conversions for pixel then check the content ID’s generated by the app.

make sure content ID match with catalogue.

IF the problem still exist consider google tag manager GTM to configure meta pixel and conversion API via google Tag Manager GTM.
