Looking for a web designer to help clean up a few things on my website. Main issue is the categories layout. Below is a example of issue and a link to the site.

I too do not see what exactly is an issue.
Shopify filters look at your collection products and collect all values for the option (“Size” here) which are available on those products.
So, if your collection, like “Sale” has both footwear and clothing, you may have sizes for both intermixed in selector.
You can have separate selectors if you have product option “Shoe size” on shoes and “Garment size” on clothing instead of both being just “Size”.
Or, you can sort the values manually:
