CCS in Shopify Plan with additional charge

When did Shopify decide to remove the option to may a monthly fee to get Carrier Calculated Shipping if you have the Shopify plan? This has been working just fine for me after they added the additional monthly fee to my plan in the summer and now all of a sudden it’s broken. Support says my plan doesn’t support it, tough?

I know you said you have contacted support already but I would try again and send them these resources if you haven’t already:

Demand for an exception to be made if you are in fact paying for the Shopify Plan on a Yearly subscription.
