I’m trying to split my navigation links so that there are 3 on either side of the centered logo. I want the 3 links to be equal distance from the logo on each side that also adjust with screen width. (Dawn theme)

At a basic level, you can definitely customize it.
Go to Themes → Customize → Header, then set the Logo position to Middle center.
