Looking to get our products featured collection on the landing page centered. (There’s 7 products linked and 3 products per page, on the 3rd page it’s just one product that is all the way to the left.) Image A.

Follow the steps,

For this please settings of that section, is there any option to make the slider an infinite loop. if there is no option for infinite loop so needs to be customization for that section

For the second point, on the collection page, there are two columns so we can’t manage with an odd/even number of products
Note: If you want still change the collection page design so needs to customization for that

Please add this CSS
Online Store->Theme->Edit code->Assets->theme.css.liquid and find this line
.site-footer .grid{display: flex !important;}
.site-footer .grid.grid__item{ width:33.33% !important;}
For the customization you need to Hire developer for that
