Central T-shirt inventory selling many designs made to order - app recommendations

I’m looking for an app that manages my tshirt inventory. I have a central inventory of about 15 colors and many designs that are made to order. So with the native inventory tracking it shows I have 500 blue shirts because of variants when I really only have 10.
how do I manage this inventory with an app?

Hi @ehonda ,

Material Manager is able to do this. In the app you would enter each t-shirt size and color combination as a raw material. Then you would link each variant to the appropriate t-shirt material. When a variant is sold it will decreases the inventory of the t-shirt in the app and also decrease the inventory of any other variant that uses the same t-shirt.

Hi @ehonda ,

It’s a common issue when businesses have a raw product that gets customized into multiple variations, causing the raw product’s inventory to be split among several finished products.

This makes inventory tracking challenging, as it’s difficult to keep an accurate count of the raw materials across multiple customized items.

Request you to refer the below video how we solve this for our vendor.

Hope this will helps…

Hi,
I would suggest that you look into use Shopify Bundles

This app is very straightforward so far and does exactly what I need it to do.
