I received a certification exam discount to use before May 1, 2024. I went to use the discount code today, April 30 and the discount code appeared to apply to the regular price of the exam. However when I proceed to payment on the next screen through the Stripe checkout in the Shopify Academy, the discount did not apply. Can someone from Shopify provide a refund for the discount not applying? Thanks.

I’ve contacted the course team and can confirm that a refund has been issued for the difference. You should see it reflected on your credit card within the next 5 business days.
