We changed themes on our Shopify store about 3 months ago.
Since that change, our sales have been in a steady decline.
Has anyone else had this happen? What did you do to correct it?
Should we switch back to our old theme? Would that be better or worse?

Kindly check if the features or sections from your previous theme are also included on your new theme especially the store policy pages, customer reviews if there’s any, and all sections are working properly. Try to do test orders if your checkout page are all working fine. Double check your previous theme and new theme and see any potential reason why there’s a decline in sales. This way, you will be able to see what you can improve on your new theme that made your previous theme to have higher sales.
