Change account login to text and add Cart text next to icon - Trade Theme

On the trade theme, I would like to change the customer account login and cart icon and add Login/Register link next to it when logged out and Name when logged in. The cart icon changed to a shopping cart with cart text next to it. Below is what it currently looks like.

I would like to change it to similar to the below.

How could I do this?

Please go to Actions > Edit code > sections > cart-icon-bubble.liquid file.

You can change the icon here.
