I am struggling to change the language of my admin panel. I am doing work for a Belgian client (french) and I cannot select English in my setting, the option for English not available.
Please help!

Are you able to see the “Preferred language” field in your account settings and just English is missing as an option, or can you not find this section? If you head to Settings > Users and permissions you can click on your own profile and choose “View account settings”. From here, you should see an option to change the language the admin is displayed in:
Please let me know if you can access this section of the admin and if so, if you can see English as an option in the drop-down menu.

Thanks so much for your response! I am able to navigate to the section, however there is no “English” present in the drop down menu in my own account settings. Please see the image attached

Thank you for sharing this screenshot. It does appear however that your admin is already in English, which would explain why you’re not seeing English as an option. Is it another account or profile where the language appears in French?

Thanks for the reply 
So the admin just changed it to English. My account however still has no option in my account settings to set it to English. So weird as the dropdown options cover multiple languages but no English
Any suggestions to get this sorted out?

At this point I would recommend contacting our support team directly as they can authenticate you on your account and access the admin themselves to get a better idea of what is going on here.
