Change ATC button text for tagged products- Prestige theme

I’m using the Prestige theme and would like to change the add to cart button text for out of stock products tagged “discontinued” or “clearance”. I’ve changed the text of the button so it normally reads “Awaiting restock” but for products that will not be restocked, I would like it to read “Out of Stock.” Thank you for any help you can provide!

You can edit the Default Theme Content for the Product Section to change the default text. Like this screenshot below

Thanks, this is helpful. I’m attaching a screenshot of my specific theme. Under what conditions will products use the “Oversell stock” or “Incoming stock” text?

Overselling inventory happens when a customer places an order for a product that’s available on your Shopify store, but Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) doesn’t have any inventory for that product to fulfill the order.
