Change Background Colour and Font of blog post

Hi there, I am wanting to change the background colour of my blog posts to white and the font to black. But I only want this changing for my blog posts and not for any other page on my website.

Does anyone know the correct code for this. FYI the ‘Inverse’ colour scheme is exactly what i want but i cannot find anywhere I can change my colour scheme.

Please help by providing the code required

here you can add this in article.liquid

or if you want add in theme.liquid then use this
