Change color of menu item to red for SALE

My store currently uses Dawn theme and i would like to change the color of my “Markdown” menu item to red, on both desktop & mobile. Looking for help with the same, my site link is - https://damerrano.com/

You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code

  1. Open your theme.liquid file, paste the below code before
