Change color of social media icons - Dawn Theme and also with the 2nd inquiry about the hover effect

I’m having trouble changing the color of my LinkedIn social media icon to match my theme, specifically in the Dawn theme. The icon remains black, and when I set the fill to white, the hover effect stops working. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
