I’d like to be able to change the default variant color to Ivory but retain the order of colors from lightest to darkest, i.e., White, Off White, Light Ivory, Ivory.
The reason for the change is that the product images for “white” typically aren’t as appealing or as popular as my other colors (which photograph better). But if makes more logical sense to keep the variants ordered from lightest to darkest.

If you are using a third-party theme, I highly advise contacting your theme developer for assistance or hiring a Shopify Expert to add the code to your theme.
