Change description with Variants - Impulse Theme

Hey there,

I am trying to set up different descriptions for different variants of a products. I tried myself using this post but didn’t have much luck there since I am using the Impulse theme. Some things are just a bit too wonky there. I would love some tips to help me implement this.

You can try a custom implementation. Keep the descriptions per each variant in metafields (ar a database). Intercept the variant change in your theme JS, pull the matching variant description based o the variant id, and append it to the DOM. It will work but may take some time to set up.
