Change extension name according to merchant field input

I would like to know if it’s possible to change extension name that is displayed to merchant inside theme editor. Is it possible to do it through toml ui extension file?

I saw that section blocks work this way when you create a “Image with text” section, the blocks names are changed when user types their values, so I am searching a similar behavior for app extension blocks. (as we can see on the image below)

I don’t think this is currently possible, but I’ll dig into this more to see if the product team are planning to release this ability.
