Change File name Without affecting the pdf file url

Hi,

I Have Uploaded 2000 pdf files with the respective product name as the PDF File name on the product page

I have linked this file to each product with a match of the product name and pdf file name

Now I have to change the pdf file name eg: FT89 to 0888423_adf54

I have found some solutions to delete the old files and upload the new files then link the files using meta fields to each product but it will take so much time so don’t prefer this option

Another one download attribute but it does not support cross-domain here the files in cdn

tried some js code not worked

so I need to change the file name only not the content and the URL

please help with this in any solution accepted.
