Change font colour in different sections in Sense theme

I’m trying to search on how to change font colours in different sections in Sense theme but have not been successful. Kindly provide some help or guidance. Thanks in advance. Very new to this, apologies if query is too basic

If you want to change font color in different sections, you need to add the custom code. So you have to trigger on each element detail.

I don’t know how to add the custom code…where to add and to be frank no idea how to code

I want to change the font colour in Heading of homepage, subscribe to
newsletter font colour and a couple other places.
