Change font size on slideshow with code Dawn theme

Hello!

How to change the font size in Dawn theme via code not in the admin panel I need bigger then options and smaller for some slideshows?

and how to change color of header in code ?

this is a black color but when I go scroll be white, in admin panel when I change not a any edit stay white, can I change it in code?
