Change font weight for color only in product titles. Dawn theme

Hello. I need help with the following.

How to change product titles from this formatting:

T-shirt Black

T-shirt White
T-shirt Green

to this:

T-shirt Black
T-shirt White
T-shirt Green

So in the product title (T-shirt will have weight 500 and color name weight 300).
Is there any way to apply it automatically to all products?
