Change Footer Background Color for Separate Pages

I’m trying to make it so that the header and footer on each page is a different color. For example, I would like the home page header and footer to be #E9D7C0; “shop” footer and header to be #DEE5ED; and “contact” footer and header to be #BDB1A7. The url is https://9010journey.com/. Please help!
