I checked your store, but the changes you want cannot be done with CSS only. It will also require structural changes in the Liquid code.
so every store which uses the horizon theme has this footer?
No, you can go to Customize and make the changes, dear. The default layout will be applied.
so can i not just do that, rather than editing CSS?
Set whatever you can in Customize. If your layout still doesn’t match, then changes will need to be made in the CSS and Liquid code.
