I’m having issues with the ‘‘from’’ name used on the confirmation emails from my shop. The shop / brand name I want is here\\now. However, going through several test orders I still see the from name on the confirmation emails as here\now. which is wrong:
In the settings of my shop i’ve checked and can confirm the shop name is here\\now.
I’ve also done test orders across multiple different email accounts to verify if it wasn’t the case that my inbox kept the ‘‘from’’ as a setting even though it was saved.
Is there any way I can change this so my from name on emails reflects the correct store/brand name? And a verified way of testing this is shown correctly?
