Change header menu and page widths envy theme

Hello community!

I just installed the Envy theme. I am finding the top menu header and all the page widths too wide. There is nowhere in theme settings I can see to adjust this. I have tried change the navigation font size and nothing changes.

Also the page widths are very wide. For example the writing on policy pages go right from edge to edge esp noticeable on mobile. There’s no padding.

I think it might just the theme setting is set very wide? Is there any code to change this or parameters to change in the theme file?

Thanks for taking the time to reply! In this theme like others there is no controls in the editor to change the width hence why I am asking. Wish it were easy as that! Just has option to change the theme design to another. Not sure why there is no controls unless I’m looking in the wrong place?

I assume I am to be looking at the theme.css that’s the only one I see there. Having a hard time locating the header and page properties not sure what to look for!
