Your menu already showing horizontal,
Have you fixed by your self?

No its just image that I edited

The menu is horizontal, it goes vertical when screen size goes below 1280px.

If we can make it go vertical on smaller screen only size like 480px or 760px instead of 1280px.

In this case to make the function as you want, you need to edit some code in your theme.
I think you need to hire an expert, who can help custom your theme.
