Change IOS background/ top color

Hey, I want to change the top yellow color above the announcement bar (on IOS and when you scroll up and down).

I do not have any backgrounds or announcement bars set to the yellow color.

Here is what I am talking about (I am scrolling up in the picture to show the colors it is not this large):

You would need an iOS app software engineer for this. You can find them on the upwork in an hr rate.
